Fairwood Drive Inn offers the perfect venue, conveniently located in the heart of Kaimuki, our restaurant space is easily accessible by public transportation and offers ample parking for your guests, for your family gatherings, celebrations, or business meetings. Our restaurant offers a unique and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable and productive gathering. With a spacious capacity for up to 66 people, ample room for your team, or guests to spread out comfortably while still maintaining an intimate ambiance conducive to any special occasions.
Whether you’re planning a formal presentation, a brainstorming session, a casual networking event, a birthday celebration, or a family reunion, our flexible layout can be customized to suit your specific needs. From conference-style setups with rows of seating to more interactive arrangements with round tables, we can accommodate a variety of meeting formats to ensure your event is a success.
In addition to our inviting atmosphere, we offer a range of amenities to enhance your meeting experience. From state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and high-speed Wi-Fi to catering services featuring local favorite dishes and refreshing beverages, to help make your event a success.

Operating Hours:
10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily
Each day the Banquet Room may accommodate up to three 3-hour events, for lunch, afternoon, and dinner.
- Private Venue: Rent the entire restaurant for your gathering, comfortably accommodating 20 to 66 guests. Enjoy the freedom to celebrate without interruptions from other patrons.
- Customization: Tailor the event to your specific needs and preferences.
- Customizable Menu: Place your order from our catering menu or a custom menu to fit your preferences and budget.
- Catering: Pre-ordered items are set up as a buffet line. Please see the Catering Menu.
- Decorations: Personalize the space with your decorations. (Restrictions may apply
- Supplies: Bring your supplies to personalize the theme for your special occasion including plates, cups, napkins, and serving utensils.
Important Information:
- Rental Fee: The base rental fee for the venue is $125 for each two-hour event.
- Cleanup Fee: $75 for each event.
- Optional Supplies: You may opt to have Fairwood supply paper goods and utensils at $4 per guest, pricing includes a take-out box for each attendee. Serving Utensils can be rented for $30.
- Alcohol Policy: If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages at your event, a certificate of general liability insurance waiving the restaurant of any liability related to alcohol consumption is required.
